Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team in New Florence, MO. You will ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule while maintaining customer satisfaction, safety, and quality. This customer-facing role is essential to delivering value and growth as Convergint expands.

You’ll lead and coordinate efforts across teams, manage procurement, and establish milestones with cost analysis. A passion for service and a track record in technical PM is required.

Qualifications

• PM experience in a technical environment (building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into detailed proposals and plans.
• Proactive problem solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project plans.
• Communicate requirements to project team and maintain records for reports.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services within budget.
• Establish project milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection when applicable.
