Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our service-focused team in New Florence, Missouri. You will manage projects from award through completion, controlling budget, schedule, and cash flow, while ensuring safety and quality for our customers.

This role is customer-facing and requires strong communication, collaboration, and leadership to drive results and maintain Convergint’s trusted service as the first choice for clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, oversee, and coordinate multiple aspects for small to medium projects from award through completion.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and implementation plans.
• Communicate requirements to the project team and maintain records for reports.
• Act as the customer’s best service provider to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services for timely completion within budget.
• Establish milestones and analyze costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and potential managerial duties.
