Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience with multi-team delivery of 20+ engineers.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on Agile delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Foundational AI skills.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple teams.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making; run standups and steering reviews.
• Translate program status into crisp updates for product leadership and engineering.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks; lead retrospectives for process improvement.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM teams.
• Support data-driven prioritization by surfacing trade-offs to leadership.
• Apply foundational AI skills to enhance productivity and impact.
