Job summary

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Technology Project Manager to partner closely with Lead Developers, Product Managers, Platform Owners, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products and technology solutions.

This role is responsible for creating project structure, maintaining delivery plans, tracking risks and blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring platform work moves forward in alignment with agreed priorities,

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing software development, SaaS, or technology projects.
• Experience working directly with Product Managers and Engineering Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across business, design, and engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and SDLC best practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Figma, Miro or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of software products through the SDLC.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmaps into executable plans and release schedules.
• Coordinate sprint planning, release planning, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure product development efforts remain aligned with business priorities, customer needs, and strategic objectives.
• Track feature delivery, milestones, risks, blockers, dependencies, and timelines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
