Job summary

Netguru to firma specjalizująca się w cyfrowej gospodarce, która poszukuje Technical Project Managera do obsługi projektów dla klientów z różnych regionów. Będziesz odpowiadać za zakres, koszty i harmonogramy oraz utrzymywanie długoterminowych relacji z klientami.

Wymagane jest minimum 2,5 roku doświadczenia w zarządzaniu projektami IT w środowisku Agile, znajomość Scrum/Kanban, Jira/Pivotal Tracker oraz doskonała znajomość angielskiego (C1+); mile widziana znajomość niemieckiego (B2).

• Co najmniej 2,5 roku doświadczenia w zarządzaniu różnorodnymi projektami IT w metodykach Agile.

Responsibilities

• Zarządzanie zakresem, budżetem i harmonogramem projektów oraz raportowanie postępów interesariuszom.
• Współpraca z klientami zewnętrznymi: budowanie długoterminowych relacji, zarządzanie oczekiwaniami i podejście biznesowe.
• Koordynowanie rozwoju rozwiązań designu i oprogramowania, odpowiedzialność za powodzenie projektu przy wsparciu zespołu i najlepszych praktyk.
• Motywowanie, wsparcie i prowadzenie zespołu projektowego.
• Tworzenie lub wspomaganie tworzenia user stories, MVP itp. Lean dokumentacji.
• Poszukiwanie usprawnień i kwestionowanie status quo.
• Gotowość do radzenia sobie z nieprzewidywalnymi sytuacjami i znajdowania najlepszych rozwiązań.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Team!

• Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting development progress to the stakeholders.
• Working directly with external clients - building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and having a business‑oriented approach.
• Coordinating the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success with the support of a team and according to best practices learnt during the onboarding period.
• Motivating, supporting and guiding the project team.
• Creating or facilitating creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary.
• Looking for improvements and questioning the status quo.
• Being ready to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions.

Требования

• Have an in‑depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 2,5 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.
• Are well‑versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other.
• Have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.
• Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions.
• Have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists.
• Have an excellent command of written and spoken English (C1+) and Polish (C2) - Nice to have: German at at least B2 level.
• Had experience in presales activities, are able to uncover the needs and constraints of a future client and craft a compelling offer.
• Were experienced in running courses/workshops/presentations.
• Had hands‑on experience and solid domain knowledge in e‑commerce.
• Had a Product Owner experience.
• Had experience in risk management and creating reports.

PLN 7 700 - 12 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).

PLN 9 300 - 14 400 monthly before tax (Long‑term contract (B2B)).
