Nexio Management Ltd. ищет руководителя проектов по внедрению IT‑систем и финансовой трансформации. Ваша задача — координация междисциплинарных команд, контроль сроков и рисков, взаимодействие с бизнес‑звеньями и IT‑партнерами во многих странах.

Кандидат должен владеть английским на высоком уровне, иметь опыт интеграции ERP‑систем и финансовых модулей, а также уметь проводить обучение сотрудников. Предусмотрены гибкие модели сотрудничества и долгосрочные проекты.

Competenze

• 6–7 лет опыта управления IT‑реализациями проектов и/или финансовыми трансформациями.
• Глубокие знания финансов и учета, включая принципы отчетности и влияние операций на P&L и Баланс.
• Умение руководить несколькими потоками проектов и координировать команды.
• Прокативный подход, независимость и сильная способность к решению проблем.
• Способность выявлять риски, ставить под сомнение предположения и оперативно реагировать.

• Отличные коммуникативные и межличностные навыки.
• Готовность к редким командировкам, особенно на ключевых этапах внедрения.
• Будет плюсом: опыт в бизнес‑финансах, контроллинге или управлении эффективностью

Mansioni

• Участвовать в дизайне и адаптации системного решения под бизнес‑требования и финансовые процессы.
• Координация тестирования систем и сквозной проверки бизнес‑процессов.
• Контроль отчетности, анализ и устранение дефектов, отслеживание корректирующих действий.
• Проверка точности потоков данных и интеграции нового решения с ERP и финансовыми системами.
• Координация действий между финансовыми, бизнес‑и IT‑командами, подготовка к запуску системы.
• Организация и проведение обучений и воркшопов, поддержка пользователей в переходе на новую систему.
• Участие в процессе go‑live, мониторинг стабильности решения и координация мероприятий после внедрения.

Nexio Management is a team of approximately 550 IT consultants who have been delivering advanced technology solutions for clients in Poland and internationally for over 20 years. We are a community of experienced professionals who take an active, hands-on approach to every project, working closely with our clients to deliver real business value. We specialize in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise systems and applications, as well as IT consulting services.

Задачи

• Contribute to the design and adaptation of the system solution to meet the organisation's business requirements and financial processes.
• Coordinate system integration testing and end-to-end testing of business processes.
• Oversee the reporting, analysis and resolution of defects, monitoring corrective actions and progress using project management tools.
• Verify the accuracy of data flows and the integration of the new solution with ERP and other financial systems.
• Coordinate activities across Finance, Business and IT teams, ensuring that all relevant areas are prepared for system go-live.
• Organise training sessions and workshops and support the preparation of end users for working with the new solution.
• Participate in the system go-live process, monitor solution stability and coordinate activities during the post-implementation stabilisation period.

Требования

• Minimum 6-7 years of experience managing IT implementation projects and/or financial transformation initiatives.
• Good knowledge of finance and accounting, including accounting principles and the impact of financial transactions on the Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet.
• Ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously and coordinate teams with different areas of expertise.
• A proactive and independent approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify risks, challenge existing assumptions and respond effectively to emerging issues.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to organise and deliver training sessions and workshops, facilitate knowledge transfer and support users throughout the change process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, particularly during key project implementation stages.
