Responsibilities

• Lead multiple SaaS fintech implementation projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define objectives, milestones, and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Gather onboarding requirements and coordinate system setup and initial implementation activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders for alignment and smooth execution.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear status updates to clients and teams.
• Conduct client demos, walkthroughs, and training to drive solution adoption.
• Monitor budgets and resources, address risks and scope changes proactively.

As a Technical Project Manager at Zone Co., you’ll lead the successful delivery of complex, SaaS-based fintech implementations for our customers. You’ll serve as a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with clients, internal teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard. This role is ideal for a project leader who brings strong professional services experience, understands SaaS and fintech environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. You’ll balance strategic project leadership with hands-on execution—from gathering onboarding requirements and coordinating initial system setup to facilitating client walkthroughs, managing risks, and driving successful solution adoption.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multiple SaaS-based fintech implementation projects from planning through successful delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and maintaining proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
