• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Remove blockers and align dependent teams and organizations
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, TPMs, and operations teams
• Work with external vendors and technology partners on implementation and roadmaps
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to senior leadership
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Monitor metrics and continuously improve processes and delivery visibility
• Support trade-off decisions considering business goals, technical strategy, and customer experience
