Location:100% Remote (Must work PST hours)
Duration:Contract until February 2026

Job Summary:We are seeking an execution-focused Senior Technical Project Manager for a west coast client to project manage the implementation activities of a cash/billing system. This role is critical to ensuring the successful completion of the project, which involves about a dozen workstreams.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate execution of work through partnering with multiple teams (Engineering, Technology CRM, Downstream Accounting, and Business Stakeholders) to ensure seamless execution several workstreams.
2. Ingest input and feedback by teams to determine necessary adjustments to the project plan or execution.
3. Manage interdependent tasks and deliverables across workstreams to prevent uncoordinated changes that could impact progress.
4. Documentation and reporting: collecting data, creating an issue log cadence, and provide regular status reports.

Required Skills:

1. Senior Project Management experience, managing large integrations with multiple data points and API connections.
2. Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to gauge stakeholders’ mandates, roles, and data demands, quickly connect the dots, and drive execution while keeping people accountable.
3. Jira proficiency, including the ability to create custom dashboards.
4. Experience in Banking/Financial Institutions or similar SaaS platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Uber, DoorDash).

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ processes
