Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead a large-scale program in a Scaled Agile environment. You will coordinate multiple scrum teams, align tech and product to refine features, and deliver clear status updates to senior leadership.

The role requires strong communication, a deep understanding of Amex ecosystems, and experience reporting program health to VPs. This is a fulltime on-site position with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong understanding of Amex ecosystems.
• Experience running large programs in a Scaled Agile framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

• Run large program in Scaled Agile framework.

• Work closely with Tech and Product team to create, refine the features and capabilities.
• Publish weekly reporting to the VPs with the program status
• Ability to articulate the product requirements to the Engineering team

Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $135,000 Per Annum
