Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong understanding of Amex ecosystems.
• Experience running large programs in a Scaled Agile framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run a large program in a Scaled Agile framework.
• Manage more than 1 scrum team and facilitate all scrum ceremonies.
• Collaborate with Tech and Product to define and refine features and capabilities.
• Publish weekly program status reports to VPs.
• Articulate product requirements clearly to Engineering teams.
