Senior Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Observability - 24004642

Global Infrastructure Enterprise Observability aims to enable internal applications to leverage best in class observability solutions to reduce MTTD and MTTR with logs/traces/metrics, data-driven business processes, architecture simplification, and cost transparency.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships that enable the Enterprise Observability team to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders and business partners
• Gather functional and business requirements from stakeholders and translate into actionable deliverables by working with engineers, architects, and leaders
• Ensure ongoing identification and completion of deliverables, managing schedules, milestones, and technical success
• Ensure accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools
• Monitor and communicate progress of solution delivery and provide status updates on cost, forecast, schedule and risks/issues
• Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels
• Anticipate delivery risks and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure effective usage of change control procedures to manage scope, schedule and cost
• Steer technical program conversations related to architectural approach and system design; document solutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to build implementation roadmaps
• Provide inputs for leadership updates and facilitate meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required; advanced degree and/or valid industry certifications preferred
• Extensive experience in a team leadership role, interfacing with executive customers and leading concurrent workstreams
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong business and financial aptitude
• Experience with ServiceNow and other IT Asset Management tools
• Strong analytical skills with ability to document business data requirements
• Operational knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, cloud usage and billing, application development and maintenance
• Technical application implementation experience with relational databases, large data sets, and iterative design activities
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to translate customer needs into reporting, analytics, data and stakeholder management
• Ability to lead customer training, design and knowledge transfer sessions
• Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation

Salary and Benefits

Minimum Qualifications

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
