Job summary

Employvision Inc. is seeking a Technical Data Project Manager to lead complex healthcare technology and data initiatives from planning through delivery. The role coordinates business, technology, data, QA, and vendor teams, develops roadmaps and milestones, and delivers executive reporting.

The position supports payer systems, data exchanges, and regulatory reporting, with a preferred hybrid work model and a base salary of $150K–$155K plus bonus and benefits. 1099/C2C/W2 options apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate business, technology, data, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Manage backlogs, sprint planning, releases, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor sprint progress and release readiness.
• Partner with healthcare business leaders and technical teams.
• Support healthcare payer systems, member/provider data, claims/eligibility, care management, regulatory reporting, FHIR, CMS, HEDIS, and healthcare data exchanges.
• Manage requirements, stakeholder expectations, risks, and executive communications.
• Coordinate architecture, testing, deployment, production readiness, and post-implementation activities.

Location: Newtown Square, PA

Work Model: Preferred Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Contract: 1099 / C2C / W2. For C2C/1099, candidates must have their own established U.S.-based LLC or corporation and be able to contract directly through their business entity.

Conversion: $150K–$155K base + bonus and benefits
