Insight Global is sourcing six Senior Project Managers to support Epic and Revenue Cycle initiatives for a Philadelphia-area health system. This flexible role is remote with periodic onsite meetings, requiring candidates to reside in PA, NJ, or DE.

You will lead cross-functional teams across clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders, driving project delivery from initiation through stabilization while aligning with regulatory and patient care priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 5+ years healthcare IT project management experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale hospital IT projects.
  • Experience managing Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives.
  • Strong governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple healthcare IT projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, milestones, and executive communications.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
  • Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership status updates.
  • Coordinate activities across Epic application teams, operational departments, vendors, consultants, and hospital leadership.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, project charters, resource plans, and executive-level reporting.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers while driving resolution strategies.
  • Support organizational change management, workflow redesign, training coordination, and adoption efforts.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and patient care priorities.
  • Drive accountability across project teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Senior Project Manager - Epic & Healthcare Revenue Cycle Projects (6 Openings)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Remote with occasional onsite requirements)

Duration: 12 Mo contract to hire

Overview

A leading Philadelphia-area health system is seeking six experienced Project Managers to support a portfolio of strategic healthcare IT initiatives across Epic and Revenue Cycle programs. These individuals will lead cross-functional projects impacting clinical operations, patient experience, revenue cycle performance, and enterprise technology modernization efforts.

The ideal candidates will bring strong healthcare project management experience with a proven history of leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) initiatives. Epic experience is highly preferred. Candidates with significant Revenue Cycle project leadership experience within hospital environments will also be strongly considered.

This role is primarily remote, however candidates must be local to Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware and available for periodic onsite meetings, workshops, leadership presentations, and project milestones.
