Job summary

ZF North Mankato is seeking a Technical Project Management Engineer to lead cross-functional engineering efforts, manage schedules and budgets, and interface with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.

  • Knowledge of product development processes (e.g., V-model, stage-gate).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability.

Serving as a key interface between Product Engineering, Project Management, and stakeholders, the team ensures efficient execution across global environments while meeting timelines, budgets, and quality targets. Their structured, collaborative approach supports successful delivery from concept through launch.

Your Profile as Technical Project Management Engineer:
  • Degree in Engineering or related field

  • Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams
  • Knowledge of product development processes (e.g., V-model, stage-gate)

Compensation:

The expected base compensation for this role is $69,700 - $110,300 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position - Engineer I, Engineer II, and Engineer III pay levels included in this range.
