Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Project Manager within the IT PMO to support enterprise-wide modernization, including the Next Gen Platform and AI orchestration. The role requires cross-functional coordination with IT, Operations, Product, and external vendors to drive program milestones and governance.

You will manage workshops, document decisions, maintain RAID logs, and prepare executive updates, ensuring timely, quality outcomes while supporting client readiness and change activities.

The Project Manager within the IT PMO is responsible for supporting Valeris’ enterprise-wide modernization efforts, including the implementation of the Next Gen Platform (CRM, Data & Analytics, and Portals) and AI Orchestration Layer. This role manages cross-functional coordination, drives execution across discovery, design, and build phases, ensures operational and client readiness, and supports governance processes in partnership with internal teams and external vendors. The Project Manager will work closely with IT/Tech, Operations, Product, GTM-Commercial, and Vendor partners to ensure effective planning, communication, and delivery of key program milestones.

Responsibilities Program & Project Delivery Support the planning and execution of major technology transformation initiatives, including the Next Gen Platform modernization. Participate in and coordinate discovery, design, and build workshops; document decisions, track actions, and maintain project artifacts. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports. Prepare materials for weekly workstream meetings, cross-functional updates, and Steering Committee meetings. Ensure deliverables align with the scope, timelines, and quality expectations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate activities across IT, Operations, Product, Commercial, Finance, and vendor teams. Track operational and technical tasks to ensure accountability and timely execution. Partner with Operations to support go-live readiness, change management activities, and client communication workflows. Help facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholder groups to maintain program momentum. Client Migration & Readiness Support the planning and execution of client migrations across legacy platforms (e.g., Lynk, CLS, QuickPath). Assist in identifying client-specific dependencies, readiness activities, and cutover tasks. Work with Operations and client-facing teams to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption. Governance & Vendor Management Support program governance processes, including scope management, decision tracking, and progress reporting. Work directly with vendor project managers to align on deliverables, timelines, scope, risks, and assumptions. Ensure documentation and reporting meet Valeris IT PMO standards and leadership expectations.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, use hands to type, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Prefer candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy. Although very minimal, flexibility to travel as needed is preferred. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
