Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology-focused projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Technical Project Manager
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
• Experience working within utility, energy, or regulated industries (preferred)
• PMP certification (preferred)
• Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery experience (preferred)
• Experience with application development projects (preferred)
• Knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies (preferred)
• Experience supporting billing, customer, financial, or operational systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other project tracking tools (preferred)
