Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Project Management Team Lead to establish and lead a structured, transparent process for intake, refinement, prioritization, planning, and execution of strategic projects. You will partner with business stakeholders, Product and Development leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are funded and executed effectively.

Qualifications

• Serve as a People Leader for one direct report, with coaching and ongoing feedback.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing projects, programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
• Establish, own, and continuously improve a consistent process for strategic project intake, refinement, prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate requests, clarify objectives and outcomes, and prioritize initiatives.
• Work with Product and Development leaders to align projects with roadmaps and delivery capacity.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans detailing scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear roles, responsibilities and accountability.
