Job summary

Santander Group is seeking an Associate, Product Management to lead strategic product initiatives for digital banking solutions in the United States. You will own backlog, define requirements, and partner with Agile teams to deliver high-value features that improve customer experience and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience serving as a Product Owner within Agile Scrum and SAFe environments.
• Experience managing product backlogs and maximizing value through iterative development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience eliciting requirements and translating business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience supporting API integrations, backend services, and digital product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic product initiatives delivering digital products with measurable value.
• Define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps aligning with customer needs and objectives.
• Own backlog prioritization, requirements, release readiness, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing and Client Services.
• Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support product launches and adoption.
