Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience managing projects, programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
• Establish, own, and continuously improve a consistent process for strategic project intake, refinement, prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Partner with senior leaders and key stakeholders to evaluate requests, clarify objectives, and prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, capacity, and readiness.
• Work with Product and Development leaders to align strategic projects with roadmaps, priorities, delivery capacity, and processes.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans defining scope, requirements, milestones, timelines, staffing, dependencies, deliverables, and success measures.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability for results.
• Apply Agile methodologies and facilitate meetings and sessions to support planning, execution, and improvement.
• Maintain transparent project and portfolio reporting including status, decisions, risks, and performance indicators.
• Identify and address barriers to execution by resolving risks, constraints, and competing priorities.
• Provide stakeholders with timely updates on plans, progress, risks, and decisions, fostering collaboration and transparency.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies across Product, Development, Engineering, Operations, and other functions.

• Apply Agile practices to planning, execution, and continuous improvement to adapt to changing needs.
