Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Project Management Team Lead to establish and lead a structured intake, refinement, prioritization, planning, and execution process for strategic projects.

You will partner with business stakeholders, Product and Development leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are chosen and executed effectively, with clear governance and delivery metrics.

Qualifications

• Lead the PM team and coach direct report with ongoing feedback.
• Establish, own and improve a consistent project intake and governance process.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategic priorities.

Responsibilities
