Job summary

Advanced Integration & Controls is seeking a Project Manager in Temecula, CA to lead technically complex water and wastewater system integration projects. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate schedules, and serve as the primary technical contact for clients from requirements through implementation.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, 5+ years in project management (3+ in system integration), and experience with SDLC, Agile, and MS Project/Primavera.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in project management with 3+ years in system integration.
Knowledge of system integration concepts and SDLC/Agile.
Experience with MS Project, Primavera, and Monday.com.
PM certifications such as PMP or CAPM preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead project planning and execution across multidisciplinary teams.
Provide technical leadership and coordinate schedules.
Develop initial project financials and scheduling documents.
Track deliverables and procurement status; manage invoices.
Close-out project activities and documentation.
