Caliagua, Inc., an Azuria Water Solutions company, seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan and control multiple projects concurrently from award to closeout, ensuring on‑time delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering, 7+ years of construction experience (5+ years in heavy civil or water/wastewater), and strong proficiency in Primavera P6, Sage 100, and MS Office, with willingness to travel to project sites in California.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of construction experience; 5+ years managing heavy civil or water/wastewater projects preferred
• Travel to jobsites and work extended hours as project needs require
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Sage 100, Bluebeam

Mansioni

• Lead project lifecycle from award through closeout, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans
• Proactively manage budget, forecast, cash flow, and cost-to-complete throughout the project
• Support bid turnover, permitting, scope review, and preconstruction planning
• Lead procurement of major materials and long-lead items to support the schedule
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation for timely approvals
• Administer owner and subcontract agreements, change orders, and contract requirements
• Oversee billings, WIP, and routine financial reporting
• Visit jobsites regularly to verify progress, quality, safety, and field coordination
• Lead project staff and coordinate with supers, engineers, subcontractors, and operations
• Serve as primary contact with owners, engineers, inspectors, and key stakeholders
