Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a technically strong Technical Project Manager for a contract-based role in Arizona. You will lead software delivery initiatives, drive execution with engineering teams, and coordinate with vendors and state stakeholders to ensure successful modernization efforts.

Qualifications

5+ years in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Software Delivery roles.
Strong experience with software development, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience collaborating with software engineers, architects, and technical leads.
Solid SDLC, Agile, and software delivery lifecycle knowledge.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams with vendors and leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive project execution, manage timelines, and remove blockers to ensure delivery.
Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and stakeholders for alignment.
Support governance processes, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
