Job summary

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work on-site as requested.

• Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Advises clients and implements solutions, engaging stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
• Develops and manages project structures, schedules, budgets, resource plans.
• Plans, designs, and implements project/workstream plans with minimal oversight.
• Provides direction and coaching to Associates, Analysts, or other team members.
• Prepares, reviews, understands, and maintains complex project documentation.
• Leads meetings and drives discussions to resolution; ensures deliverables meet standards.
• Oversees quality of workstreams and collaborates with partners.
• Delivers workstream tasks autonomously.
• Identifies opportunities and grows client relationships.
• Coaches and mentors earlier career team members.
