Qualifications

• Experience with manufactured products and the end-to-end customer journey
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills in a project environment
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Installation

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from commercial handover
• Review scope, drawings and customer requirements
• Establish milestones, actions and critical dates
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain
• Maintain project trackers and risk visibility
• Identify risks and drive resolution
• Coordinate changes and communicate impact
• Provide clear, proactive updates to customers
• Manage installation requirements and warranty activities
• Ensure customer ownership remains through closure
