Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or higher with analytic emphasis.
• 2-5 years’ professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience interfacing with customers, including presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, estimation, implementation, testing, and UAT.
• Experience translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for testing and UAT.
• Experience/knowledge of Loss Control Insurance software applications.
• Experience/knowledge of SDLC for Loss Control Insurance software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing technical projects and ensuring their successful execution.
• Managing project deliverables and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Acting as the project lead for technically focused customer initiatives.
• Acting as a technical consultant resource on a project team responsible for analysing, designing, and configuring business processes.
• Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to assess current capabilities and identify customer requirements.
• Eliciting and documenting detailed product requirements and use cases.
• Transitioning the requirements and use cases to the technical team.
• Managing integration projects between DCLC and core systems.
• Comfortable using RESTful APIs, working with Microsoft Logic Apps, and writing SQL queries.
