Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical project management in the insurance industry preferred.
• 3+ years as a project lead in an agile environment.
• Proficiency with AzureDevOps or Trello.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Aid in creating business cases and defining initiatives.
• Plan work with delivery teams and define relevant features.
• Ensure roadmap alignment with initiative vision.
• Advocate for initiatives within backlog refinement.
• Develop plans with scope, timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate with Product Owners and Delivery Managers.
• Participate in release planning and track dependencies.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors across areas.
• Monitor progress against roadmap and dependencies.
• Define and track KPIs and provide post-implementation support.
• Provide updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure alignment with business and technical leaders.
• Lead technology thought leadership and assess risks.
• Lead vendor relationships and SLAs for technology solutions.
• Prepare the solution for production readiness and operationalize.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Support budget, forecasting, and expense reporting.
