Echodyne is seeking a Software Engineer II, Embedded to design and produce radar equipment subsystems. You will work with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver high-performance, secure software for Echodyne’s radar systems.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing platform software, participating in reviews, and fostering best practices in testing and development. A strong embedded mindset and collaboration across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building embedded Linux-based software in C++.
• Embedded systems debugging, testing and verification with standard tools.
• Familiar with Python for testing automation and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize high-assurance C++ software components for radar subsystems.
• Participate in design/code reviews and contribute to software quality.
• Improve coding practices, testing, and development tools across the team.
• Support testing efforts and collaborate with hardware/software teams.
