Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical area or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of experience in application management (leading practical tasks/packages).
• 5 years of leadership experience with or without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, operations engineering, and customer service to drive major enhancements in product introductions and field quality.
• Represent the customer on quality and action to bring improvements to customers.
• Identify customer issues regarding support and services delivery and work with appropriate teams to address them.
• Detect systemic quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions through data and trend analysis from the customer perspective.
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem solving with a cross-functional team including design, manufacturing, technical support, marketing, services, and sales.
• Own area-wide quality reporting and continuous improvement programs, documenting month-to-month return rate analyses and plans to improve return rates.
