Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Technical Program Manager II, Hardware NPI to lead cross-functional programs from design to deployment for networking hardware. You will collaborate with design engineering, supply chain and manufacturing to plan requirements, manage schedules and communicate across stakeholders.

The role focuses on standardizing rack design and ensuring scalable deployment of NPIs. You will encode designs into internal configuration systems and PLM-based BOMs, manage CTO rules, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• Experience with new product development phases including forecasting, ramp, spares, end-of-life and decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve product design changes and BOM disposition for NPIs.
• Drive solutions to minimize manual parameterization in ordering rulesets.
• Identify and request new software features to support NPIs.
• Identify gaps and update process documentation to improve efficiency.
• Create and manage BOMs in Agile PLM and process ECOs/MCOs.
