Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for rack production.
• Experience in supply chain or materials management with contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end mass production scheduling, mitigating OEM supply constraints, and managing integrator capacity planning to align production with firm demand forecasts.
• Govern hardware quality by managing supplier quality RMA process and ensuring the execution of tests including Rack Level Testing (RLT).
• Orchestrate global cross-border logistics strategies, customs lead time planning, and tracking compliance to meet deployment deadlines.
• Drive the NPI lifecycle, coordinating TRD development, and securing early-stage material readiness to de-risk future deployments.
• Lead multi-level vendor engagement, including QBRs and multi-party OEM collaborations, to resolve high-level bottlenecks.
