Job summary

KLA in Ann Arbor, USA, seeks a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mature wafer inspection products, extending life and ensuring parts supportability to meet business goals.

You will direct cross-functional teams across product marketing, supply chain, product support, engineering and finance; manage ROI, funding, and risk, and adapt between agile and waterfall methods while leveraging AI tools to boost planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited school.
• 7+ years of technology industry experience.
• 2–3 years of team management experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in capital equipment engineering and support is highly desirable.
• Experience in project and/or program management.
• Minimum qualifications: Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master’s Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor’s Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of mature wafer inspection products to extend product life and ensure parts supportability to meet business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and drive projects that ensure continuity of spare parts supply and informed prioritization.
• Develop a strong understanding of supported products to make sound technical and business decisions.
• Present program updates and checkpoint presentations to senior and executive management.
• Adapt to both agile and traditional waterfall project management models.
• Leverage new and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to increase efficiency and productivity in planning, executing, and closing projects and programs.
