Job summary

KLA is seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mature wafer inspection products. You will drive continuity of spare parts supply, manage risk, and optimize cost of ownership while coordinating with product marketing, supply chain, and engineering teams.

The role requires a BS in engineering with 7+ years in tech, plus 2–3 years of team leadership. You will engage with executives, leverage AI tools, and adapt to both agile and waterfall methods in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 7+ years technology industry experience.
• 2–3 years of team management experience preferred.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional projects to completion.
• Experience in capital equipment engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to develop and drive projects ensuring spare parts supply continuity.
• Perform ROI analysis to support project prioritization and investment decisions.
• Assess, mitigate, and retire risks; manage program scope and funding.
• Present updates and checkpoints to senior and executive management.
• Adapt to Agile and traditional waterfall PM models and leverage AI tools where appropriate.
