Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Manager of Vulnerability Management to lead the Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and CTEM programs across on-premises, cloud, and internet-facing environments. The role sits in the Cyber organization with responsibility to identify, prioritize, and reduce cybersecurity risk.

You will own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement efforts and manage a small team that will grow over time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cyber security with 3+ years in a management role.
• Hands-on experience in vulnerability/attack surface/CTEM programs.
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Rapid7 or Qualys.
• Previous work at a large organization (10k+ employees) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, and CTEM programs.
• Own strategy, execution, and continuous improvement to reduce cyber risk.
• Manage a small team with plans to scale over time.
• Collaborate with Cyber org to align risk priorities with business goals.
