Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in EE integration and embedded software integration for modern vehicle platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams across ECUs, networks, and software stacks to ensure seamless integration and compliance with functional, safety, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-disciplinary EE/SW integration programs.
• Strong understanding of ECU, network, and software stack integration.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate HW/SW integration testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive EE/SW integration activities for prototypes, pre-production, and production builds.
• Manage ECU/network-level integration across CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet.
• Validate bootloader, flashing, and OTA/UDS software update processes.
• Oversee network bring-up, diagnostics verification, and DTC testing.
• Align ICDs, DBC/LDF/FIBEX/ARXML files and ensure configuration consistency.
• Review ECU software release notes for feature completeness and compatibility.
• Coordinate SIL/HIL and full vehicle integration testing.
• Drive test automation and regression coverage using industry tools.
• Ensure test results traceability to system and software requirements.
• Track power, network load, wake/sleep, and timing during integration.
• Own open issue dashboards (JIRA/ALM) and root-cause tracking with Eng teams.
• Support change management and version control to maintain ECU software integrity.
• Validate ASIL-level software components per ISO 26262.
• Coordinate FMEA/DFMEA closures for integration issues.
• Interface with EE design, SW dev, calibration, and supplier teams.
• Communicate integration readiness metrics to leadership.
• Prepare gate review documentation highlighting maturity and risks before release.
