Job summary

Zoox is seeking a Technical Program Manager for System Behavior Analysis to coordinate triage of driving events and software issues across the fleet and simulation. This role sits in Platform SW Integration and partners with software, QA, safety, product, vehicle operations and PMO.

You will drive triage, measure health, and manage tooling and automation while coordinating intake, escalation and quarterly commitments across onshore, offshore and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program management or engineering operations with a systems mindset.
• Experience writing queries and dashboards on high-volume data and using metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building light tooling and partnering with engineering to automate manual work.
• Proven ability to align teams without direct authority and provide concise updates.
• Ability to break complex goals into workstreams, milestones and owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive triage accuracy and routing for defects, live-service issues, and safety-critical events.
• Measure triage health: throughput, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and risks.
• Program-manage triage tooling and automation with the tools team.
• Manage intake paths and escalation criteria shared by cross-functional teams.
• Plan commitments and forecast demand across onshore, offshore and vendor teams.
