Zoox is seeking a Technical Program Manager for System Behavior Analysis to lead triage as a systems problem. You will coordinate across software, QA, safety, product, vehicle operations and the PMO, driving triage reviews and improving data-driven decisions.

You will plan quarterly commitments, work with onshore and offshore teams, and shape automation and tooling to reduce latency and misclassification. This role sits in Platform SW Integration in Foster City, CA, offering a base salary with

Qualifications

• Systems-oriented background with a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Data fluency including writing queries and dashboards on high-volume data.
• Experience building light tooling and collaborating with engineering to automate work.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and communication without direct authority.
• Ability to break down complex goals into workstreams, milestones and owners.

Responsibilities

• Drive triage accuracy and routing for defects, high-severity live-service issues, and safety-critical events.
• Measure triage health: throughput, latency, backlog, automation coverage, and risk indicators.
• Program-manage triage tooling and automation; partner with tools team and track adoption.
• Manage intake and escalation; maintain criteria and shared boards with partner teams.
• Plan commitments and forecast demand across onshore, offshore and vendor teams.
