Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems troubleshooting and diagnostics, preferably in automotive or embedded systems.
• Experience using Python for automation, programming, and scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose a wide range of system faults and errors related to perception, planner, and other AI software from on-road testing and simulations.
• Categorize and prioritize issues based on severity, urgency, and potential impact on safety and performance with cross-functional teams.
• Identify trends in system failures and propose preventative measures by producing clear reports, troubleshooting steps, and root cause analyses.
• Lead by example, develop tools and workflows to improve triage quality and quantity, and adapt to changing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrate operational agility by managing multiple tasks and implementing effective solutions.
