Maven AGI is hiring for a hands-on role that serves as the operational and technical backbone of our most complex customer implementations. You will own end-to-end pilots, debug integrations, and translate customer needs into crisp documentation and actionable tickets.

You will join a team with world-class engineers and a focus on reliable go-lives, relentless testing, and maintaining an organized operational rhythm across multiple pilots and stakeholders.

• Technically credible without being an engineer
• Excellent communication with enterprise stakeholders

• Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end execution on strategic pilots and trackers.
• Debugs integrations and reads API errors to identify root causes.
• Translates between customer and engineering with actionable notes and tickets.
• Tests relentlessly before go-live and documents edge cases.
• Manages daily standups, go-live checklists and readiness reviews.
