Job summary

Maven AGI is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Integrations layer end-to-end. You’ll define which systems Maven supports, how deep those integrations go, and how we scale the platform to add new integrations quickly.

You’ll own the roadmap, the P&L, and the enterprise-facing relationships with customers whose stacks we operate inside. You’ll collaborate with GTM and Customer Success to drive enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer platforms, or iPaaS products.
• Built and shipped integration products and can explain the difference between a connector, an integration platform, and an actions framework.
• Direct experience with CRMs, ticketing, knowledge bases, commerce, and identity systems.
• Fluent in REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth, rate limits, and related failure modes.
• Experience in startup and scaled environments; know when to build in-house vs. buy/partner.
• Can extract requirements from messy customer conversations and turn them into PRDs.
• Strong communicator; able to bridge engineering and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap and prioritization for Maven's integration portfolio.
• Define the underlying integration platform, tooling, frameworks, and patterns.
• Balance depth versus breadth in integration capabilities.
• Engage enterprise customers to capture stack requirements for engineering.
• Define how actions are performed inside customer systems and ensure safety at scale.
• Shape partner ecosystem strategy and marketplace listings with GTM.
• Collaborate with GTM and Customer Success to convert depth into enterprise wins.
