Maven AGI is seeking an experienced operations‑oriented professional to serve as the backbone of our high‑stakes customer implementations. You will own end‑to‑end pilots, understand Maven’s platform deeply, and translate customer needs into crisp docs for engineering teams.

You will lead test cycles, drive readiness before go‑live, and manage daily rhythms like standups and readiness reviews to ensure complex multi‑team pilots stay on track.

Qualifications

• Must own end‑to‑end execution for strategic pilots with clear, unambiguous tickets and proactive gap detection.
• Ability to understand Maven's platform and how it integrates with external systems; capable of debugging integrations without hand‑holding.
• Skilled at translating between customers and engineering; produces crisp meeting notes and actionable tickets for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own execution end‑to‑end on strategic pilots and drive items to resolution.
• Understand platform interactions and diagnose integration issues to support engineers.
• Translate customer needs into actionable documentation and clear acceptance criteria.
• Test relentlessly before go‑live and document edge cases with rigor.
• Manage daily standups, go‑live checklists, readiness reviews, and metrics readouts to keep multi‑team pilots on track.
