Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Chesterfield, MO to govern multiple software delivery projects. You will review contracts, define scope and milestones, and ensure traceability from requirements to delivery.

The role interfaces with Product, Engineering, Sales, and commissioning teams to align plans. You will track risks, provide clear status reports, and support design reviews and readiness checkpoints.

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in a project or program management role.
• Industry experience related to control systems, renewables, power systems, or new product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with different parts of an engineering organization
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to solve problems and resolve issues amicably
• Understanding and demonstrated ability to work with an Agile software delivery team
• Experience reviewing customer contracts

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project contracts, SOWs, and technical agreements related to control systems software.
• Ensure software scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria are clear and traceable to requirements.
• Identify ambiguities, inconsistencies, and risks to drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Plan and track work with HQ.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Software, Controls, Engineering, Sales, Product, and Commissioning teams.
• Review software roadmaps, release plans, and delivery forecasts for alignment with contracts.
• Track and mitigate risks for software development efforts.
• Provide reporting on software delivery status, risks, and milestones.
• Support program reviews and delivery readiness checkpoints.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and stakeholders.
• Provide status on work execution and progress against team KPIs.
