Job summary

LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking a Business Applications Manager to own the lifecycle, roadmap, and governance of the Vertech application portfolio.

You will partner with IT, AI & Data, cybersecurity, and vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise applications across Salesforce, Softwrench, Procore, Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, and internal HQ tools. You will lead backlogs, prioritization, integrations, and adoption campaigns while coordinating with Finance, HR,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise applications and IT transformations.
• Experience leading lifecycle activities: requirements, design, testing, release.
• Strong ERP/CRM/PLM knowledge and integration concepts.
• Proven vendor management, project management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to collaborate with security, IT, cybersecurity, data governance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the application roadmap and backlog for assigned business apps.
• Build strong relationships with process owners and functional leaders.
• Manage deployments, upgrades, configurations, and integrations.
• Oversee API governance and data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate vendor management, SLAs, and support models.
• Drive portfolio rationalization and tool consolidation.
