Job summary

Teradyne seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the SiPhTest Solutions team in North Reading, MA. The role combines technical program ownership with people leadership, guiding the design, development and deployment of advanced optical test solutions for Silicon Photonics.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in semiconductor test equipment, optical system design, and technical project management, with a player-coach mindset to mentor PMs and deliver complex

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects involving design, development, and deployment of optical test systems.
• Directly manage and oversee technical project managers.
• Mentor and coach technical project managers to build a strong team.
• Serve as central point of contact for Silicon Photonics projects and provide updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with progress monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate risks across project lifecycles.
• Communicate status, updates, risks and issues to stakeholders and customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and customers.
• Manage project documentation and reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
