Job summary

Yield Engineering Systems in Fremont, CA is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex engineering programs in semiconductor equipment. You will drive cross-functional planning, schedule management, and resource coordination to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while aligning objectives with stakeholders.

You will interface with internal customers, develop KPIs, report progress, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
8+ years of experience in technology programs, preferably semiconductor equipment.
Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to bring people together from diverse organizations.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee engineering project plans from conception to implementation.
Manage schedule and task details using project management tools.
Drive resources from cross-functional teams to meet budget and schedule.
Interface with internal customers to define objectives and provide status updates.
Identify complications and develop solutions for resolution.
