Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years’ experience in semiconductor industry.
• Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex issues into simple narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own full project execution for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans for enablement of new technologies.
• Analyze data to ensure adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and specs.
• Drive team members to meet milestones and commitments.
• Document meeting minutes and follow-ups.
• Identify risks and define mitigation actions.
• Track and report progress to stakeholders, including customers.
• Travel as needed for customer requests and reviews.
