Key Responsibilities

• Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Track program KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
• Drive issue resolution and corrective actions to keep programs on track.
• Serve as a key customer interface, managing escalations and customer satisfaction.
• Support product development and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate business and operational activities across multiple functions/sites.
• Support contract-related activities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive process improvements and business growth while maintaining program accountability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Program Management / Program Administration experience.
• Strong experience in cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience with program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship management experience.
• Experience tracking program KPIs, cost, quality, delivery, and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and business acumen.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or a similar operational environment is highly preferred.
• Experience with P&L/financial accountability, NPI, or product lifecycle management is a plus.
