Avala is seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and GTM teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment in San Francisco. You will own enterprise onboarding timelines and release planning, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality.

You’ll partner with leadership to identify risks, establish scalable PM processes, and report key metrics to executives as Avala scales.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in technical program management or engineering project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs in B2B SaaS or platform companies.
• Strong technical literacy—navigate codebases and read architecture docs.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
