Zusammenfassung

Avala is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our platform and enterprise customers in San Francisco. You will run evaluations, build integrations, and guide POCs into production deployments, blending development work with customer-facing communication.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, craft technical proposals, and create reference architectures while supporting customers through onboarding and feeding insights back to engineering.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong Python skills for scripts, SDKs, data pipelines.
• Experience with AWS, REST APIs, and cloud data architectures.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Customer-facing engineering experience at the intersection of code and conversation.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical evaluations and POCs with enterprise prospects — demonstrating platform capabilities with customer data.
• Build custom integrations, data pipelines, and SDK implementations tailored to customer workflows.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and shape technical proposals.
• Create technical documentation, demo environments, and reference architectures for common use cases.
• Provide post-sale technical support during onboarding, working alongside Customer Success.
• Feed product insights from customer interactions back to the engineering team.
